We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using our service, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
- If you were incorrectly charged due to a billing error.
2. No Refunds on Subscription Cancellation
- Refunds are not provided if a user cancels their subscription.
- Users will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current billing cycle after cancellation.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Voluntary subscription cancellation by the user.
- Usage-based dissatisfaction after successful service access.
- Misuse, misconfiguration, or third-party limitations (e.g., Google API restrictions).
